Gabriele Lenz studied at the University of Applied Arts and the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. She designs and edits books in the fields of architecture, photography, art and literature. She developed the Contemporary Book Design academic course at the New Design University in St. Pölten, which she then managed from 2015 to 2018. In her artistic work, she tackles the subjects of typography, photography and the medium of the book in relation to the post-digital present.
Together with her studio partner Elena Henrich, Gabriele Lenz deals with the design and conception of books, exhibitions, signage and corporate identities, especially in the field of art and culture. Her work has been awarded numerous prizes for outstanding design, including a gold medal in the competition of the most beautiful books from all over the world, the Austrian State Prize as well as prizes for the most beautiful books in Austria and Germany and the Red Dot Design Award for information design.

Helmut R. Nowak is a Viennese graphic designer focused on logo & corporate design.
Helmut was born in Freistadt, a small town in the North of Austria, in 1960. After completing his education, Helmut R. Nowak founded the NNWest network. He has spent the last thirty-five years successfully working in many disciplines in the creative industry: logo design, packaging, handlettering, illustration, creating product and brand names, as well as slogans and taglines. His work is driven by skill and passion. To mention just a few examples of his work: handlettering “Go well, go Shell” (International); branding for Jajah Inc. (USA/ESP); logo design for talenthouse (UK/USA). Since the pandemic in 2020, Helmut has discovered a new passion: the pixel font. The result is the comprehensive and intelligent pixel font family “Wienerlinien” with more than 1100 glyphs in Pro style.
Now, at the age of 62, Helmut works mainly on projects which challenge his creativity.

Born in Graz, Austria in 1972, book and font designer Ekke Wolf now lives with his family in Vienna. His favourite pastimes are cycling and canoeing.
While studying political science, he worked as a proofreader, reader and editor for various publishers and magazines, including Löcker Verlag, Triebwerk and Bühne, and began dealing with typography more and more. Since 1998, he has been running his own studio for book design and typesetting and, in 2001, he founded the label typic.
His first font, Atlantic, was launched in 2004, and has since been followed by numerous other font families, such as Liebelei, ZAP and Franzi. In 2021, Ekke Wolf launched Typefoundry Wannatype which has its own online shop.
